We're hiring an HR Project Coordinator to support our growing international project teams!

In this role, you'll manage workforce planning, sourcing, onboarding, compliance, travel, and accommodation for our blue-collar teams (e.g., Electrical Fitters, Commissioning Managers). You'll work closely with project teams, suppliers, and global compliance partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce planning and direct sourcing of blue-collar talent
  • Candidate interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Managing compliance (tax, immigration, site access)
  • Organising travel, accommodation, PPE, and logistics
  • Ongoing support for site teams (rotations, holidays, contract management)
  • Handling grievances and supporting HR processes

  • HR/project coordination experience, ideally with technical/blue-collar workforces
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills
