I am partnered with a major MEP Contractor who who are seeking a career driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their skilled team and support them with a number of high profile projects. The business are contractor with a strong reputation in the market. What You'll Do: With full support of the senior team, you will be involved in the following; Support financial aspects of the project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts The Person The ideal Intermediate QS will be able to gel with the existing team and hit the ground running in this fast paced project.
