We are seeking a forward-thinking Health and Safety Manager to lead our clients Health and Safety within a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are looking for a strategic leader with hands-on experience and a passion for building a strong safety culture.

Multi-Site Manufacturing company who are expanding on the back of an extremely strong pipeline of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s health and safety policies and systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with current legislation and company standards.
  • Lead and support site audits, inspections, investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Drive a proactive safety culture through training, coaching, and employee engagement.
  • Report directly to senior leadership and provide strategic H&S direction.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and implement preventative measures.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and stakeholders as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of UK/EU HSE legislation.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a health & safety leadership role within manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence at all levels, and drive change.
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and other relevant safety standards.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
