MAINTENANCE MANAGER – ENGINEERING to £70,000 + Bonus+ Industry Leading Package/ Pension We are partnered exclusively with a truly global Manufacturer who are recruiting for a career driven Maintenance Manager to join their expanding business. They have won a number of significant long term projects. We are searching for a Maintenance Manager to support a significant turnaround in the performance of the operations and facility. The Maintenance Manager will focus on Planned, Preventative, Predictive and reactive maintenance through a developed Asset Care strategy across the business. Responsibilities & knowledge of:- Creating a Maintenance strategy Creating a data driven function Implementation of Continuous Improvement systems Automation Computer based Maintenance Management Systems Autonomous maintenance Ideal back grounds would be from the engineering sector specifically Aerospace, Automotive and Defence.
