We are seeking an experienced SACT Nurse to join our expanding out‑of‑hospital cancer service as a Nursing Service Manager. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical teams across community sites, ensuring safe, consistent and high‑quality SACT delivery. You will coordinate, support and develop colleagues, contribute to training and mentorship, and maintain excellent service standards across a broad geography.
You will also deliver systemic anti‑cancer treatments within our community‑based model of care, travelling across the South of England and Wales to support local healthcare centres. Using advanced clinical assessment and decision‑making skills, you will provide safe and timely SACT, offer holistic support to patients and families.
Working autonomously while collaborating closely with NHS oncology teams, you will play a vital role in improving access, reducing delays and enhancing patient experience. This role is ideal for a confident, compassionate and SACT‑competent nurse who excels in leading teams and is committed to delivering exceptional cancer care wherever patients need it.

About You:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
- SACT passport trained
- Significant oncology care experience
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others to share clinical experience
- Understanding of clinical governance, audit processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clinical assessment, risk management and decision‑making skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to HCC site
