We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SACT Nurse to join our expanding out-of-hospital cancer service as a Nursing Services Manager. In this role, you will lead and support clinical teams across community healthcare centres, ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT). Using your strong clinical assessment, risk management and decision-making skills, you will provide holistic care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey, while coaching and mentoring colleagues to maintain excellent standards of care. Working closely with NHS oncology teams, you will help improve patient access, reduce delays and enhance the overall patient experience.

To succeed in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and SACT passport training, supported by significant experience within oncology care. You will have experience coaching and mentoring colleagues, confidently sharing clinical knowledge and promoting best practice across the wider team. A strong understanding of clinical governance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements is essential, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will demonstrate strong clinical assessment, risk management, and decision‑making abilities, with a proactive and patient‑centred approach to care. You will be well‑organised, comfortable managing a varied workload, and flexible in travelling between Healthcare Centre Clinic (HCC) sites, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
