- Strategic & Tactical PartneringWork hand-in-hand with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop and lead targeted annual people plans that meet evolving business needs.
- Operational ExcellenceProvide hands-on support across core HR processes, ensuring smooth execution and practical solutions that make a real difference.
- Data-Driven Decision MakingTrack and analyse key people metrics to identify trends, support accurate forecasting, and inform workforce planning.
