We are now looking for a Healthcare Coordinator to join our Clinical Contact Centre team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
As a Healthcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient communications, coordinating prescription processing, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the smooth delivery of healthcare services. This is a highly organised and patient‑focused role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and customer service. You will be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple tasks and working across different systems in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, contact centre, administration, or customer service role would be beneficial, alongside the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and maintain high levels of accuracy at all times.
