About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager to take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of business projects across the organisation.

You'll be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
  • Ensure project objectives, deliverables and expected business benefits are achieved within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Manage project resource allocation, ensuring appropriate resources are identified and available to support successful delivery.
  • Lead projects in line with established governance frameworks, methodologies and best practice standards.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate escalation where required.
  • Plan and manage organisational change activities to support stakeholder engagement, adoption and successful embedding of project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing clear, regular and meaningful project updates.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, milestones, deliverables and KPIs, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success and alignment across the business.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and ways of working.

About You

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate

  • Proven experience managing complex business projects from inception through to implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience managing project risks, budgets, resources and timelines.
  • Strong change management and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyse information, solve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A results-focused approach with a track record of delivering successful business outcomes.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager or Business Project Manager role.
  • Professional project management qualification (e. g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) desirable.
  • Experience of delivering business transformation, operational improvement or regulatory projects would be advantageous.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills with a data-driven approach to performance management.
