About The Role

As a Pharmacy Services Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing patient prescriptions and ensuring a seamless journey from account setup to medication delivery. Your focus will be on accurate data entry, excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurate Prescription Management: Set up patient accounts, process registrations, and manage prescription entries with precision. Handle returned prescriptions and create orders using system data.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Respond to queries across phone, email, and chat in a timely, empathetic manner, ensuring every interaction delivers a positive experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Keep patient safety at the forefront by adhering to data protection laws and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Pharmacy Services, Screening Pharmacists, and other teams to resolve queries and streamline workflows.

About You

Experience in customer service or healthcare/pharmacy environments is beneficial but not essential. Training will be provided, including the Buttercups Level 2 NVQ in Pharmacy Support.
