As the Patient Liaison Nurse at Lloyds Clinical you will own, lead and manage a seamless patient experience and transition into Lloyds Clinical for Cancer Services patients. Serving as a vital link between clinicians, referral centres, patients and various internal departments, ensuring timely communication, efficient patient management and compassion throughout the patient pathway.
Manage the effective patient and clinician co‑ordination and communication to ensure all key stakeholders are suitably informed in line with the agreed pathway. Manage and drive the quality initiatives to solve problems that patients and families may have with the goal of facilitating a positive patient experience during their time with Lloyds Clinical. Proactively build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with the Commercial and Patient Services Teams to ensure the oncology pathway is safe and seamless.
As a Patient Liaison Nurse, you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, care, and empathy when engaging with both patients and consultant teams, supporting the delivery of safe and effective care. You will be well organised, confident in managing your own workload, and comfortable coordinating multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside IT proficiency, are essential to effectively liaise across clinical and operational teams.
