We are recruiting for a Credit Controller - Query Management to investigate, resolve, and prevent invoice discrepancies and queries through effective communication, analysis, and collaboration, adhering to all quality and regulatory standards and expectations. This role is hybrid, ideally based around the Coventry / West Midlands area.
The Credit Controller will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating invoice query data and correspondence, ensuring all information is stored, logged, and distributed within agreed timeframes.
- Reviewing and investigating invoice queries and disputes, ensuring customers are informed of resolutions and required actions.
- Providing a point of contact with internal stakeholders, teams, and colleagues to support process improvements and continuous development.
The ideal Credit Controller - Query Management will have:
- AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience or understanding of the homecare sector or heavily regulated environments.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and handle challenging, demanding, and conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources.
- Some knowledge of contract review and understanding.
- Commercial awareness.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service, with strong negotiation, rapport, and objectivity skills.
