We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Nurse to join our Oncology Healthcare Centres, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will act as a key lead for clinical governance and service improvement, ensuring care is delivered in line with regulatory and clinical requirements. You will share your expertise to support continuous service development and provide leadership across the centres, with responsibility for driving excellence in SACT delivery.

About You:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
- SACT passport trained
- Significant oncology care experience
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others to share clinical experience
- Understanding of clinical governance, audit processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clinical assessment, risk management and decision‐making skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to HCC site
