Class 1 C+E Shunter Driver – Local Brewery Collections Salary: £36,105.62 per annum Working pattern: Monday to Friday one week, Monday to Thursday the following week
The Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Class 1 C+E Shunter Driver to collect barrels and kegs from a local brewery and return them to the depot.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Class 1 driver looking for regular local work, with a short 3-mile round trip and no long-distance driving.
Key Responsibilities Collect barrels and kegs from the brewery and transport them back to the depot.
Safely manoeuvre and position the vehicle at the brewery and depot.
Ensure loads are secure and transported safely.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
Follow all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
Good vehicle manoeuvring and reversing skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious, with a professional attitude.
Working Pattern & Pay Annual salary: £36,105.62.
Week 1: Monday to Friday.
Week 2: Monday to Thursday.
Alternating two-week working pattern.
Local driving with a 3-mile round trip between the brewery and depot.
