We are recruiting safety-focused Class 1 Drivers to join our customers' team. The role involves the safe transportation and delivery of hot bitumen, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe loading, transportation, and delivery of hot bitumen using articulated tankers
- Operating tanker equipment in line with company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reports
- Accurate completion of delivery paperwork
- Full compliance with tachograph, driver hours, and HGV legislation
- Representing the company professionally at all customer sites
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) License
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work
What We Offer
- £25 per hour
- Additional £2.00 per hour for hours worked between 9pm and 4am
- Guaranteed 40 hours pay per week
- London Weighting per Month of £83.33
- ADR Training
- Monday to Friday work, no weekends
- Occasional Night Out if required (paid at £26.00)
