We are working with a leading UK General Contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects, seeking a Commercial Manager / Commercial Director to lead the commercial function on high-value builds. Requirements
- M&E biased preferred
- Experience as Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager / Commercial Lead
- Background in complex projects (data centres, energy, infrastructure, EPC)
- Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC contracts
- Proven experience managing claims and commercial risk
