This is a rare opportunity to lead, manage and grow a major account from within the client’s offices—acting as the onsite expert for all labour supply and workforce management needs.
We’re looking for a highly organised, relationship-focused Recruitment / Labour Manager to oversee a high-volume construction desk supplying up to 200 operatives at any given time. You will be the primary point of contact onsite, ensuring the client receives exceptional service, reliable staffing, and proactive workforce planning.
