We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London .
This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on Mechanical Supervisor who can lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure mechanical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role:
- Supervise mechanical installations across commercial fit-out projects
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure works are delivered to programme, specification and quality standards
- Coordinate with electrical, construction and other MEP disciplines
- Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager
- Assist with planning, sequencing and coordination of works
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure correct installation standards
- Ensure health & safety requirements are maintained at all times
- Support commissioning, testing and handover
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Site Supervisor
- Strong commercial fit-out background
- Solid knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC and plumbing
- Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and installation requirements
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Relevant mechanical qualifications / industry experience

Up to £75,000 depending on experience
