We are working with a leading UK General Contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects, seeking a Commercial Manager / Commercial Director to lead the commercial function on high-value builds.

Key Responsibilities- Lead all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
- Manage contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
- Oversee cost control, variations, and claims
- Drive commercial performance and risk management
- Lead client and subcontractor commercial engagement
- M&E biased preferred
- Experience as Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager / Commercial Lead
- Background in complex projects (data centres, energy, infrastructure, EPC)
- Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC contracts
- Proven experience managing claims and commercial risk
- Strong pipeline of UK data centre projects
- Opportunity to enter or grow within the mission‐critical sector
