Role Overview
The Junior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Senior QS to provide commercial and cost management support on projects from tender stage through to final account. This includes cost planning, procurement, subcontract management, valuations and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements. The role plays a key part in protecting commercial interests, managing risk and supporting successful project delivery. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with operational and estimating teams to ensure smooth handover from tender to delivery.
