We're seeking a highly organised, relationship-focused Recruitment / Labour Manager to oversee a high-volume construction desk supplying up to 200 operatives at any given time. You will be the primary point of contact onsite, ensuring the client receives exceptional service, reliable staffing, and proactive workforce planning. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full labour supply process for a major construction account.
