About the Role

We are seeking experienced Lead Restoration Technicians to join our South East London team. You will take a leading role on site, overseeing restoration works and supporting technicians to deliver high-quality service across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on field role where you will be responsible for leading jobs, ensuring technical standards are met, and supporting the successful completion of restoration projects within your allocated postcode area.

Working Pattern

  • 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday (site-based)
  • Start and finish directly at client sites
  • No overtime payment (salary reflects revised structure and reduced travel time)
  • Work allocated within East London to minimise travel time
  • On-Call Rota: 1 in 10 weeks on-call requirement
  • Allowance paid: £30 per weekday, £50 per weekend day
  • Payment applies even if not called out
  • Additional earning potential up to approx. £250 per on-call week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead restoration works on site across South East London properties
  • Supervise and support Restoration Technicians
  • Carry out site assessments and determine appropriate restoration methods
  • Ensure all works are completed to required technical and safety standards
