Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised CNC Production Team Leader to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our CNC machining department. Reporting to the CNC Product Manager, you will lead a team of CNC operators across multiple machines, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong CNC operational knowledge and proven team‑leading experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining high housekeeping standards in the department, recruiting and onboarding new team members, supporting the ongoing development of the team, and, with support from the maintenance team, overseeing general maintenance of CNC machinery. A key part of this role is to drive Lean practices and support a culture of continuous improvement within the CNC department.
