PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A QUALITY, COMPLIANCE & TRAINING OFFICER IN SUFFOLK

Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Quality, Compliance & Training Officer to join a medium sized construction business operating across East Anglia and wider regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, focused team and play a key role in maintaining high standards of practice, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor compliance, conduct audits and assessments, update processes and procedures, and design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and best practice.
  • Support the implementation of the National Electricity Regulation Scheme (NERS).

Salary/Package: £35,000-42,500.00

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, training, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide insights
  • Confidence designing and delivering training to different audiences
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
