Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Construction Director for a contractor based in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Director who holds a wealth of construction knowledge in refurbishment and new build construction.
Qualifications/Experience
- Relevant qualification in Project Management or Construction Management
- Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), not essential but a bonus
- An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
- Experience working on refurbishment and new build projects at a large scale
- Strong familiarity with construction and project management software tools
- Liaising with clients
