Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a reputable business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team, delivering commercial and estimating duties across groundworks and civil engineering projects.
In this role, you will:
- Procure and manage subcontractors
- Manage contract variations
- Prepare and submit monthly valuations
- Forecast and control costs
- Measure, prepare, appraise and submit tenders
Salary/Package: Circa £75,000 per annum
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating role
- Proven track record within groundworks and civil engineering
- Experience managing subcontractors and contract variations
- Experience preparing valuations and tenders
- Strong commercial and cost control awareness
