Role Summary: The role of Corporate Management Associate has been created for an ambitious and forward-thinking individual to join our team and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Group Head Finance. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the inner workings of our dynamic company. Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate is a proactive learner with a passion for innovation and a knack for problem-solving. As Corporate Management Associate, you will report direct to the Chief Executive Officer, gaining critical exposure to our operations, strategies, and culture. One area of focus will be working closely with the Group Head Finance assisting with CORE POWER’s fundraising efforts. This will include responsibility for maintaining accurate records of investor interactions and opportunities, and the creation of investor material, including pitchbooks, in collaboration with team members from across CORE POWER. Job Requirements: The key job requirements are:
- Work to identify and engage with potential investors in CORE POWER
- Ensure smooth communication with current and potential investors.
- Help with project planning and implementation.
- Support the CEO and Group Head Finance with administrative tasks
- Analyse market data for strategic decisions.
- Attend training to enhance professional skills.
- Work with teams for a comprehensive company understanding.
- Take minutes in board meetings.
- Take minutes in senior management meetings.
- Assist in setting up strategic management meetings and investor meetings as required.
- Propose ways to increase efficiency.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day tasks.
- Create reports for management.
- Address customer needs for satisfaction and relationships.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the CEO and Group Head Finance, including participation in project work.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, or related field. A finance-related master’s degree or an MBA would be beneficial.
Work Experience: The candidate should preferably have at least some experience in finance or investor relations from internships or previous work experience.
