What You'll Do: As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of a busy office providing administrative support across multiple departments within the business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable office experience whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification. Your duties will include:
- Accurately entering information onto the company's warehouse management system.
- Speaking with customers to confirm product information and delivery details.
- Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying and document preparation.
- Using Microsoft Office, including Excel, to maintain records and input data.
- Answering telephone calls and responding professionally to customer enquiries.
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Supporting different departments with a variety of administrative tasks as required.
Full training will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
Training Outcome: On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Business Administrator position within the company, subject to business needs and individual performance. You will have gained valuable experience supporting multiple departments, using industry-specific systems, working with customers and suppliers, and developing the skills needed for a successful career in business administration.
