As a nationwide business, we have a number of fulfilling roles and we’re often looking to expand our teams as we continue to grow. We currently have a vacancy for a Power Platform Engineer. Reporting in to the Head of IT, this role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting PowerApps and other Power Platform solutions within our Microsoft365 stack. As our AI & Automation Engineer you will support our current solutions and play a key role in developing new solutions. Over time, you’ll take full ownership of this part of our estate, driving improvements and helping us stay ahead of the curve. This role will be Remote but with some occasional travel required to meet the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and support PowerApps and other Power Platform solutions within our Microsoft365 stack.
- Champion automation where practicable, streamlining manual operations and boosting efficiencies.
- Integrate workflows and data connections between Microsoft 365, Azure AI services and other systems leveraging REST APIs.
- Keep existing Power Automate workflows running smoothly and aligned with business needs.
- Work with the IT Service Desk Team and Head of IT to identify opportunities to enhance our business processes.
- Ensure we’ve got the right documentation in place.
- Integrate with third-party APIs such as Oracle NetSuite to boost efficiencies across the group.
- Drive power platform implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
- Implement Power Platform governance, security, and compliance best practices.
