  • We currently have an exciting opportunity for an
  • HR Administrator working from our

Torquay office on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be working as part of a proactive and organised HR team with your focus being on processing new starters, leavers, contract changes, handling calls, responding to employee and manager queries, data entry onto a range of systems and platforms, processing incoming mail, electronic filing, scanning documents and general day to day administration duties to support the HR team.

This role requires accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance within our HR information system, therefore the ability to accurately manage data and systems is essential.

You will be an integral part of the smooth running of the HR team working alongside another HR Administrator.

Naturally organised, the ideal candidate will have solid experience in administration and strong knowledge of MS Office along with good attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and strong communication skills.

Training will be provided on our bespoke computer systems.

HR experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Being a team player is essential, along with the ability to be discreet, professional, and reliable.
