Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager - Children’s Home

Location: Solihull

Salary: Up to £60,000 per year

Role Overview

We seek a passionate Registered Manager to create a nurturing, activity-filled home where every child thrives. Whether you\'re an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, this role offers growth and impact.

You\'ll receive full support, a comprehensive induction, and specialized management training. Familiarity with the PACE model is a plus, but we provide enhanced training and ongoing therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being of children.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Lead, support, and supervise staff for consistent care.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role in children\'s residential care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (Ofsted).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
