About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing and ambitious Small Works division delivering high-quality electrical packages across commercial fit-out projects. The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for a £750k electrical package on a project in Hertfordshire before becoming a key member of a long-term, expanding team focused on strengthening and growing the company's electrical delivery capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of electrical small works and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Lead the delivery of an initial £750k electrical package, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and specialist contractors.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, resource plans, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
