We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established engineering workshop based in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent work, competitive pay, and a stable long-term position.
Role Overview
You will be working on precision fabrication and TIG welding across a range of materials, producing high-quality components to engineering drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and a strong welding background are essential.
Requirements (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven TIG welding experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong background in fabrication and workshop work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with stainless steel and/or mild steel
- High standard of finish and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Pay
£16.00 - £19.00 per hour (depending on experience). Overtime available at enhanced rates. Long-term, ongoing work. Supportive workshop environment. Opportunity for permanent placement for the right candidate.
