CCTV & Access Control Installation Engineer Location: London, Kent, Surrey & Sussex Salary: Up to Β£46,000 DOE + Benefits & Bonus Are you an experienced CCTV & Access Control Installation Engineer looking for a rewarding role with excellent career progression? A leading national security provider is expanding its team across London and the South East and is seeking skilled engineers to join a growing, professional team. This is a field-based role focusing solely on the installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV and Access Control systems on both commercial and high-end residential sites. We offer long-term stability, ongoing technical training, and clear progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Install, terminate, and commission IP & Analogue CCTV systems Install and configure Access Control / Door Entry platforms Carry out cable routing, containment, device setup, and network configuration Complete system testing, documentation, and client handovers Work in line with NSI standards and site-specific compliance procedures Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a CCTV & Access Control Installation Engineer Familiarity with major brands (Hikvision, Avigilon, Paxton, TDSi, Salto) Basic networking and IP configuration knowledge Strong customer communication and reporting skills Full UK driving licence What We Offer: Competitive salary up to Β£46,000 DOE, plus engineering commission & performance bonuses Company van & fuel card (tools, PPE, and uniform included) 23 days holiday (rising to 25) + bank holidays Pension scheme & BUPA employee assistance programme Continuous technical and manufacturer training Clear progression into Commissioning or Senior Engineer roles Staff recognition & referral programmes Hours & Requirements: Monday β Friday, 7.75 hrs/day, starting at 8:30am Work involves heights and physical installation duties Security screening (NSSA / BS7858) required If you are a qualified CCTV & Access Control Installation Engineer seeking a stable and professional environment with excellent development opportunities, we want to hear from you.
