We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. This role is key in maintaining strong relationships between residents and site teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing regular updates on project timelines, upcoming works, and any disruptions.
  • Liaise closely with site teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Arrange and carry out home visits to discuss works, conduct surveys, and coordinate access requirements alongside the site manager.
  • Support vulnerable residents, including elderly and non-English speaking individuals, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
  • Handle complaints and concerns professionally, working to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Distribute pre-entry documentation, including information packs and notices such as four-week letters.
  • Collect feedback post-completion to assess resident satisfaction and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred, if applicable).
