We are seeking experienced and motivated Restoration Technicians to deliver high-quality restoration and mitigation services across both residential and commercial client sites. You will be part of a regional mobile response team, attending allocated jobs within a defined postcode area to ensure efficient travel, rapid response times, and consistent service delivery. This is a field-based role, with daily travel directly to client sites.
Working Hours
- Standard working hours: 08:30 (minimum finish time applies based on job completion)
- Start and finish directly at client sites
- No overtime provision included within base salary
- Regionalised job allocation to reduce unnecessary travel time
On-Call Requirement
- Participation in a 1 in 10 week on-call rota
- On-call allowance: £30 per weekday, £50 per weekend day
- On-call payment applies regardless of deployment
- Estimated additional earnings: up to £250 per on-call week
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client sites to assess and carry out restoration works, including water, fire, mould, and related damage
- Operate restoration equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with training standards
- Complete accurate and detailed job reports, documentation, and site records
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and stakeholders where required
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels to operational standards
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with Lead Technicians and wider regional teams to ensure service quality and response times
