Ofsted Registered Manager – Ash House Position: Ofsted Registered Manager Location: London, UB6 Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the 4-bed home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and best practices. Lead and inspire a team of carers and staff members to provide high-quality care that meets the needs of each child. Create and implement care plans tailored to each young person’s individual requirements. Be the Ofsted registered manager for the home, ensuring all reporting, compliance, and safeguarding responsibilities are met. Develop strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other professionals to ensure integrated support. Key Requirements: Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare AND Level 5 in Leadership and Management. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home.
