Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Restoration Technicians to deliver high-quality restoration and mitigation services across both residential and commercial client sites. You will be part of a regional mobile response team, attending allocated jobs within a defined postcode area to ensure efficient travel, rapid response times, and consistent service delivery. This is a field-based role, with daily travel directly to client sites.
Working Hours
Standard working hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (minimum finish time applies based on job completion). Start and finish directly at client sites. No overtime provision included within base salary. Regionalised job allocation to reduce unnecessary travel time.
On-Call Requirement
Participation in a 1 in 10 week on-call rota. On-call allowance: £30 per weekday, £50 per weekend day.
