About the Role
We are looking for two Restoration Technicians to join our North London field team. You will attend residential and commercial properties to carry out restoration and mitigation works following water, fire, and mould damage. This is a mobile, field-based role working within a defined North London postcode region to reduce travel time and improve efficiency.
Working Pattern:
- 08:30, Monday to Friday
- Start and finish at client sites
- No overtime entitlement (salary reflects revised structure and reduced travel requirements)
- Work allocated within North London postcode areas
- On-Call Rota: 1 in 10 weeks on-call requirement
- On-call allowance: £30 per weekday, £50 per weekend day
- Paid even if not called out
- Additional earning potential up to approx. £250 per on-call week
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client sites to assess and complete restoration works
- Carry out water, fire, mould, and related mitigation activities
- Operate drying and restoration equipment safely and effectively
- Complete accurate job reports and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and insurers where required
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and stock
- Work collaboratively with Lead Technicians and regional teams

- Experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field preferred
- Understanding of water damage restoration or building remediation processes
- Strong practical, hands-on skill set
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence required
