We are seeking experienced and motivated Restoration Technicians to deliver high-quality restoration and mitigation services across both residential and commercial client sites. You will be part of a regional mobile response team, attending allocated jobs within a defined postcode area to ensure efficient travel, rapid response times, and consistent service delivery. This is a field-based role, with daily travel directly to client sites.

Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: 08:30 (minimum finish time applies based on job completion)
  • Start and finish directly at client sites
  • No overtime provision included within base salary
  • Regionalised job allocation to reduce unnecessary travel time

On-Call Requirement

  • Participation in a 1 in 10 week on-call rota
  • On-call allowance: £30 per weekday, £50 per weekend day
  • On-call payment applies regardless of deployment
  • Estimated additional earnings: up to £250 per on-call week

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend client sites to assess and carry out restoration works, including water, fire, mould, and related damage
  • Operate restoration equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with training standards
  • Complete accurate and detailed job reports, documentation, and site records
  • Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and stakeholders where required
  • Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels to operational standards
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Work collaboratively with Lead Technicians and wider regional teams to ensure service quality and response times
