A family-run business with 100 years of trading history in building services, mechanical, and property maintenance. This role will focus on plant room maintenance, fault finding, and responsive repairs across commercial sites. You will be responding to maintenance and repairs in boiler houses, controls, commercial, industrial plant rooms and fault finding in plant rooms. Ideal for someone from an installation background looking to transition into planned and responsive maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct plant room inspections, PPM, and responsive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical systems (boilers, pumps, valves, controls)
- Support installation teams where needed
- Respond to leaks and breakdowns
- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure smooth site operations
- Maintain accurate records using Joblogic software
- Gas Safe: TCP1, TCP1A, TPC
- Experience in plant rooms and boiler houses
- BMS knowledge preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS required
- Must have own hand tools
8:00am-5:00/5:30pm (8 hrs + 30 min lunch). Overtime: After 6pm – Time & half, extended = double. Saturday – Time & half, Sunday – Double. Travel time & costs covered.
