Core Group is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a growing residential renovations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking to work on a variety of high-quality renovation and construction projects.

- Carpentry Works
- First and second fix carpentry
- Door hanging and repairs
- Installation of skirting, architraves, and flooring
- Kitchen fitting and adjustments
- General finishing and joinery works
- Multi-Skilled Works
- Boarding and patching
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Tiling repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic roofing and fencing repairs
- General snagging and finishing works
- General Duties
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Read and work from drawings and site instructions
- Deliver work safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintain clean and professional work areas
- Complete job sheets, reports, and site records accurately
- Use construction software and mobile apps to update project progress
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
Essential
- Proven carpentry experience within residential construction or renovation projects
- Multi-skilled construction experience across a variety of trades
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or Joinery
