We are currently recruiting experienced Industrial Paint Sprayers to join a busy manufacturing environment with both day and afternoon shift opportunities available. This is a great opportunity for skilled painters looking for stable, long-term work within a supportive and well-structured production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and apply industrial coatings to a high standard
- Work with airless, air-assisted, and conventional spray systems
- Mix and apply two-pack paints including epoxy primers
- Carry out surface preparation, masking, and finishing work
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial spray painting
- Strong knowledge of coating systems and application techniques
- Experience using airless and pressure pot spray equipment
- Understanding of two-pack paints and epoxy-based coatings
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow technical instructions accurately
Working Hours
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm, 40 hours per week
- Afters Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, includes 20% shift allowance
