Location: London
You will have full oversight of 20-40 live projects at any one time, typically between £1k-£100k in value. You will be leading a capable team of 2-3 Project Managers and driving standards, performance, and commercial success across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing a small but dynamic team of Project Managers.
- Taking full responsibility for the delivery of multiple HVAC small works projects across London and the South East.
- Overseeing project planning, procurement, scheduling, and financial performance.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to the client’s expectations.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve profitability.
