My client has a requirement for two technicians for an upcoming job on an Electrical Substation mobilising out of Harwich on 22nd July for 9 days (not including mob/demob days).

Applicants will need the following training/competencies to mobilise:

  • GWO
  • Huet
  • CA-EBS
  • Medical
  • Chester Step
  • Bideltoid Shoulder Measurement

There will also be Vissim modules and CP training to complete online before they can go.

This is to service and maintain the Fire Extinguishing Helideck Diffs System (Deck Integrated Fire Fighting Systems). The system consists of a Sea Water DIFF Tank, DIFFs main pumps (Garbarino) (Hoyer) (Tornatech), DIFFs jockey pump skid and DIFFs nozzles. The Foam Fire Fighting System comprises of the Foam Vessel with Foam Proportioner, which is connected to the fire water header for active firefighting in the Converter Transformer Room A and Converter Transformer Room B. The Foam Vessel, a bladder tank type vessel, stores 10 litres of foam concentrate to provide 10 minutes supply of foam with an elastomeric bladder.

The applicant would need to have good knowledge and experience with this type of service and equipment. Please forward any CVs for appraisal by our Supervisor.
