Core Group is Hiring. We are currently seeking 2x Crane Drivers for our client's project in the Newcastle area.

Location: Newcastle

Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: 06/07/2026

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS All Sizes qualification.
  • Proven ability to operate cranes.
  • Worked on structural steel projects.
  • Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Duties Include:

  • Operating Grove cranes ranging from 100-tonne to 250-tonne capacity.
  • Carrying out lifting operations on structural steel projects.
  • Following all lifting plans and site safety procedures.
  • Working closely with the site team to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.

It would be advantageous if one of the drivers is willing to travel, as they may be required to move between different project sites.
