- Manage the full lifecycle of electrical small works and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Lead the delivery of an initial 750k electrical package, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and specialist contractors.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, resource plans, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
