Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of electrical small works and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
  • Lead the delivery of an initial 750k electrical package, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and specialist contractors.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, resource plans, and procurement schedules.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
