Core Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a 12‐month contract based in Cork.

  • Trade: Contracts Manager (Office Based)
  • Location: Cork
  • Duration: 12‐month contract
  • Start: ASAP

Duties:

  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
  • Managing site personnel and materials.
  • Providing administrative support to the project team.
  • Handling and processing timesheets.
  • Reviewing and managing reports completed by the Site Manager.
  • Travelling between local residential project sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Contracts Manager role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee residential projects effectively.

Project Type: Residential
