Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and financial aspects of M&E packages across commercial fit-out projects. Prepare and manage valuations, applications, payments, and variations. Manage subcontractor accounts and ensure commercial performance is maintained. Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Assist with the procurement and negotiation of subcontract packages. Assess variations, change control, and additional costs. Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare monthly commercial reports and financial forecasts. Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Contracts Managers, and site teams. Maintain strong commercial relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assist with final accounts and project close-out. Provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within the construction or M&E sector. Strong background in commercial fit-out projects. Experience managing M&E packages on projects up to approximately £10m. Strong understanding of valuations, variations, procurement, subcontract management, and final accounts. Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively alongside project and site teams. Ambitious approach with a desire to progress into senior commercial management. Package Salary: £85,000–£100,000, depending on experience. Permanent, full-time position.
