We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London. The role suits either an established Construction Manager, Site Manager, or a strong Electrical Supervisor looking to step up, with solid experience managing electrical packages on fast-paced commercial projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating on-site electrical works, managing subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day electrical site operations on commercial fit-out projects
- Oversee CAT A and CAT B electrical installations from pre-start through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers
- Ensure works are delivered on programme and within budget
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and client teams
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
- Background in electrical construction within commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B essential)
- Experience as Electrical Supervisor, Site Manager, or Construction Manager
